Single Pump, Drop-In Fuel Systems for the Corvette
Aeromotive Fuel Systems has engineered and developed a solution for the fuel system demands of the Corvette enthusiast. One of the single biggest issues with late model performance vehicles is the limitations of the fuel system. With the Aeromotive Stealth System for 2003 1/2 and later Corvettes, there is no more drilling your fuel tanks, no more risking pump failure in a twin pump set up, no more surge tanks, no more mess.
Aeromotive releases its patent-pending, complete drop-in fuel system available for C6 and late C5 Corvettes. The system gives consumers a choice of either an A1000, Eliminator, or Pro-Series Pump. The best part is that it is a complete drop-in assembly into the factory tank that still incorporates the factory jet siphon system. Now owners can plumb a true return-style system into the Corvette without the worry of the siphon system and while using the factory fuel tank.

E-Force Supercharger Systems Expanded to Include 2005-10 C6 Corvettes
Edelbrock releases their new E-Force Supercharger kits for the C6 Corvette. The all new design pushes a stock LS2 or LS3 engine up to an amazing 554 flywheel HP and 515 ft/lbs of torque (with stock fuel pump) or 599 flywheel HP and 547 ft/lbs of torque (with included high volume fuel pump). This supercharger incorporates the Eaton Twin Vortices Series (TVS) Gen VI rotor assembly, the same internals used on the new ZR-1 Corvette, as well as an air to water twin intercooler system and dual core heat exchanger. Torque has been optimized through the use of 12" long runners, while low speed fuel economy is retained through the use of an internal bypass valve to reduce parasitic loss. All of this technology fits under the stock hood without modification to the hood, hood liner or cowl.

Electric Vehicle Market to Stagnate without Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Growth
The growth of electric vehicle adoption may be stagnated by the lack of an underlying transportation support system of electric vehicle charging stations, switching stations for rechargeable batteries, and an advanced electricity smart grid to monitor the ebb and flow of power for vehicle consumption.
As global economies slowly recover, manufacturers have indicated that electric vehicle infrastructure production will begin in earnest in 2010. Government grants created to stimulate economic recovery, particularly in the U.S., will fuel growth in the sector. Electric vehicle infrastructure production efforts include manufacturing of the rechargeable batteries, drive trains and charging stations required to operate the vehicles. Electric vehicle production itself is on track for global sales exceeding 1 million hybrids a year by 2013.
